On Wednesday night, a group of 4 Scouts met up at Church to begin the experiment. Robin, Katie, Isobel and Lewis all took time to fill trays with compost and plant one of the Rocket seeds in to each section. For this experiment there are two batches of seeds, one batch have returned after spending time aboard the International Space Station with British Astronaut Tim Peake, whilst the other batch has remained on Earth for the same amount of time. Over the next few weeks, the Scouts will be randomly checking the growth and development of the seeds, not knowing which seed has gone to space or not, only knowing them as a reference number.
